My cheese arrived warm. Is it OK to eat?

Cheese is a very hardy food. It can withstand varying temperatures including warm ones. The soft cheeses will melt due in higher temperatures if they are delicious and ripe. But on the whole, they will be fine to eat. Cheese can be left out for a more than a day with no problem. In fact, cheese is never intended to be stored in a fridge, it's just here in Australia where we think that cheese needs to be cold.

The ideal storing temp is 15degs. If the cheese arrived warm, it would have only been warm for less than 24hrs and this would not be an issue.
