What temperature is cheese best stored at?

Cheese is ideally stored at 15degs. Although we often think that cheese should be "fridge" cold, this is not the case. The fridge stops the ripening process. Although most of us don't have the luxury of a cheese cellar, there is still nothing wrong with keeping your cheese in the fridge.

Cheese is best served at 22degs.
